During my fourth corporate move, I discovered that meeting my need for safety, belonging, identity, and purpose was essential to my feeling “at home” again; more, I discovered that these needs are universal. Learning this compelled me to help others who wrestle with the decision to move, who are transitioning, and those who are still looking for “home”.
This is where my coaching journey began.
Over the past 11 years, I’ve been entrusted to serve national and international Fortune 500 companies by guiding and supporting their most valuable employees and employees’ families during their relocation. I’ve worked with people at every management level up to the CEO, from their decision to move through their transition to a whole new life.
My unique methods became the basis of my company Homeward Bound Relocation, and the video program I created called How to Land SoftlyTM.
Recently, my coaching has included leadership development, and women in transition. Discovering what matters to you, what motivates you, or what stops you from moving forward has always been at the heart of my work. My passion is to help you discover what gives you ‘traction’ whatever direction calls you.
